Chapter 10: Planning
"Change of plans, we need your men now," Diasdera commanded. She, along with Cyjovin, stood facing Zadimus in the familiar room under Ahl Feuswo Abaziana.
"They're not ready. You said you needed them two hours before dawn, not three hours into the evening!" Zadimus protested.
"You remember our deal, don't you?" Cyjovin asked, placing his hand on the hilt of his sword.
"Yes," he answered, turning to a woman nearby, "Jatrine, get them ready." The woman known as Jatrine was a tall slender woman. She was advancing in years but was still strong. She had fading, blonde hair, and brown eyes. She wore iron armor and had an iron cinquedea sheathed at her right side. Jatrine went one by one to the sleeping quarters to rally the bandits. The bandits were readied within a quarter of an hour and had now congregated around Cyjovin, Diasdera, and Zadimus.
"Nave navu et Ehl Valjager zo Ahl Lumce teupumisu u ehl chakuko abaziana treirunliklix dalreiloine Aberstwyth!" Diasdera and Cyjovin chanted together and were enveloped by a blinding light. The light invaded every nook and cranny of the underground rooms. When this light dispersed the rooms were completely devoid of its human presence.
The group reappeared in a small, abandoned cottage a few miles from Aberstwyth. The cottage barely fit the group of bandits. They were cramped and could barely move their arms.
They started to file out of the cottage to allow room for movement. Zadimus, Cyjovin, and Diasdera stepped aside to talk plans.
"Diasdera and I will create a distraction to allow you guys access to the palace. If you are unseen, try to get Queen Amelda's cat to ingest this," Cyjovin said handing Zadimus the jar with the scarlet mixture, "If you are seen, rush in and try to eliminate the queen. Also, if there is time, there is a small flower garden near the center of the palace. I want you to gather ALL of the flowers in the garden. Do you understand?"
"If seen kill the queen, if not give jar for the cat to drink. If time allows, gather ALL flowers from the flower garden. I understand," Zadimus repeated.
"Good, now go tell your men," Cyjovin commanded.
